Prices effective from 7 November 2026
TimeCharm is an online time-tracking service. A paid subscription unlocks extra features in your account on every device: in the browser at app.timecharm.ru and in the apps. Prices are in Russian rubles; no VAT applies (the provider is a self-employed professional income tax payer in Russia).

How to pay
- Sign up or sign in at app.timecharm.ru.
- Open Profile → Plans and choose a plan and period: month or year.
- Click Subscribe to open the secure YooKassa payment page. Pay by bank card or another method YooKassa offers there. Card details are entered on YooKassa’s side only.
In the iPhone and Android apps, subscriptions go through the App Store and Google Play under their rules.
How you get the service
This is a digital service with nothing to ship. Right after a successful payment, the plan is added to your account automatically, usually within a minute, on every device where you’re signed in. Your plan and its end date are shown in your profile. A receipt is sent to your account email. If the plan isn’t active within an hour, write to mdevilnsk@gmail.com.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the paid period until you turn off auto-renewal in your profile. Recurring charges are enabled only with your consent, and we e-mail you 3 days before each charge. After you turn off auto-renewal or remove the card, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. A more expensive plan starts right away with a top-up for the remaining days; a cheaper one starts at the next renewal. You can get a refund for full unused days by writing to mdevilnsk@gmail.com.
